Platform Rights

SADEEM reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, block access, or take legal action if any violation occurs. Sellers are fully responsible for their uploaded content and its legality.

Auto Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically after successful payment. Buyers receive access through their account dashboard. Access may be restricted if the order is disputed, refunded, or flagged.

Download Protection

Product downloads are protected and may only be accessed by verified buyers. SADEEM may generate temporary or secure links to prevent unauthorized sharing.

Seller Earnings

Sellers earn revenue from product sales after deducting platform commissions and payment processing fees. SADEEM may hold or delay payouts in cases of disputes, refunds, or suspicious activity.

Platform Commission

SADEEM applies a platform commission on each transaction. Commission rates may change at any time and will be reflected in seller earnings.

Withdrawals

Sellers may request withdrawals of their available balance. SADEEM may review and approve withdrawal requests manually to prevent fraud, abuse, or financial risks.

Disputes & Buyer Protection

Buyers may report issues if a product is not delivered, misleading, or violates platform policies. SADEEM may investigate disputes and take appropriate action, including refunds, suspensions, or restrictions.
